Terms of Service for Astral Moderation Discord Bot

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the Astral Moderation Discord bot ("the Bot", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not use the Bot.

Use of the Bot

The Bot is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Bot.

Modification of the Bot

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Bot or any part of it at any time without prior notice or liability.

User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you submit or display through the Bot, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and links ("User Content"). You agree not to submit any User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

Intellectual Property

The Bot and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer(s) of Astral Moderation and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developers of Astral Moderation or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developers of Astral Moderation and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your use of the Bot or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
